The actor and singer claims this is her ‘finest work to date’ having now been in the public spotlight for 42 years. Toyah will perform material from the new album live on tour throughout 2019 with more than 50 confirmed dates, including a Scottish tour in April, summer festivals including stops in Dublin, Bali and Belgium, and an autumn/winter tour of major UK cities. 26/03/2019 – We look back at the enigmatic genius of Scott Walker, author Ayelet Gundar-Goshen on her new book ‘Liar’, Toyah Willcox is back on tour and Carmel tips her favourite new TV releases.

Toyah talks punk/rebellion, her audience at gigs, imagery, In The Court Of The Crimson Queen, plus short plays of Sensational and Dance In The Hurricane. There’s also a tribute to the legendary Scott Walker, who died on Friday.

Toyah on the Radio: BBC R4 Extra: The Personality Test

bbcr4ex17aToyah hosting The Personality Test, the 30-minute radio quiz that’s, essentially, all about her, airs again later this month on BBC Radio 4 Extra.

The 30 minute radio show was originally broadcast in 2007, on BBC Radio Four, with guests including Sue Perkins and Robin Ince. It will be available at BBC iPlayer post-broadcast.
